Just my suggestions.
All L2 classes have the force skill. All of them but the Iss. Make this class like others, give him an Aura, please.
About the Soul Cry skill, many players don't use it because it continuously consumes mp. It's a normal Cry, you could make it like the Tyrr's skills (Ogre Cry, Puma Cry, Rabbit Cry, Hawk Cry and so on), that are time limited (5 minutes) and have a fast recast time (30 secs.).
About the Celestial skill, the Iss' reuse time takes really too much: 30 minutes. When you do Kartia solo or face a different rb, you can use it only 1 time. Make it like the Aeore's Celestial, give it the same recast time.
