Is Othell Fortune Seeker worth?

So I started playing L2 again after a long time and wanted to ask if is Spil worth as dual class. I am earthia finishing 85 and wanted Othell Fortune Seeker as dual class so I can create R items. Is Othell Fortune Seeker worth it? Or is spoil chances nerfed?
