Skill Enchants

Ok So my PC has been down since right before this update. I come back to game and I have these immortal scolls in my wh from the skill enchants I had which are nice, but my question is what about the billions and I mean billions of adena I had invested into my oe'd skills. Where is that compensation at?
Its not like adena drops alot anymore
