Can't migrate existing NC Account

Hi everyone.

When I login into NC Master Account, I don't receive any notification of the account management change as the step 2 from "Migrate Existing Game Accounts to Your New NC Account" says... it just log in normally, as it ever was.

What I need to do to migrate my account to new system?? :confused:
