Can't Migrate account

Heyas. I got a warning EMail from NCSoft that I need to migrate my account. I could've sworn I already have, but I logged in and.... nothing. No warnings, no buttons saying migrate account here, no popups, no nothing. So I tried updating my phone number. Nothing. Updated my EMail. Nothing. Updated my password. Nothing. Logged in a dozen times from 2 different browsers (Firefox and Opera). Still nothing. Sent in a ticket to support and.... wait for it... nothing.

How am I supposed to Migrate my account, or verify if it's already been migrated?
