100 -> 101 XP Nerfed in our version?

So in Russia/Korea 100-101 is less XP than 99-100, Russia claims it's about 2.3 trillion xp to hit 101.

At 99 I was making 1.45%/hour with effective 6x XP from items.

At 100 I'm making 0.56%/hour with effective 8x XP from items and server settings.

This is in exactly the same location. 1billion XP from a mob only put me up 0.01%.... Something seems wrong.
