I believe if NCSOFT charge 1ncoin for account and prenvent sending more then 2 entries on chat with chat penalty for 1 min and keeping this new updates with lvl restriction to chat, would reduce this anoying issue. I know l2 would never be truly 100% free but at least we could play with more peace.
