Blsd Apo VS Specter Dualsword

Hello everyone , i am a tyrr duelist lvl 94 atm and from lvl 85 i am using

Blessed Apocalypse DualSword+5+300+haste+Dmg up

Alot of 99 lvl tyrr told me that its better to keep this until i get to 99 and not spend any adena for specter dualsword.

Is this true ? Cause for specter i can only afford Specter Dualsword+4(5)+300+1sa. Should i stay with apoc?
