Play Report - include damage received/inflicted

Please include amount of damage received/inflicted to mob by mob name.
(these codes run at the client end, as such there is no extra requirement at server)

This will help us determine how much damage we do. now it is just a guessing game, and calculating manually from screen info is killing my eyes
