Launcher failed! Big time!

last time i logged in o n l2 was this week on monday.today i tried to run l2.while i double click the launcher i get some error that i dont really care for so i close it and i try to run the launcher again only to get a bugged glitched white piece of the launcher and thats it no log in no nothing.So i go to the main site and i download the launcher only to find out that this is a repair tool and that i dont have the launcher installed!! (WTF O_O are u insane?)so i download the launcher and i m installing it having removed all previous versions or files.So i get another error.i run it from the shortcut the launcher opens just like im loged in it updates and then crashes to E03013 |||||13||||| u F*** ncsoft not 23 ton 892759832674965( u dont even know ur errors pathetic)so in the end after trying everything i ll get E03001 or E03013 errors with no other response.... reinstalling genuine of wondows and scanning for viruses and staff is out of the question.FIX THAT **** OR BYE BYE FOR GOOD.i played since c1 left 4 years ago only to come back and find out that l2 actually became WORST than it ever was!! FIX UR **** NC SOFT!
