I tried returning to L2. I really did, but in the end I couldn't handle all the blatant botting and adena spamming. Got to level 28 just to max out over -999,999 karma due to sitting at a quest turn in; killing anyone with a gibberish name that approached (before a real player actually showed up and killed me).
I'll be giving this game (at least the one run by NCWest anyway) the worst review possible through any venue possible, and I will make sure to warn people to never play on these servers, as they're completely overrun with bots, and the mods clearly don't give a sh*t.
It's a shame - I was enjoying the time I had spent, but I honestly can't put time into a server when it's run by people who simply don't care about it, or the enjoyment of its player base.
I would urge anyone who's fed up with the bot/adena farm issues to simply leave, and find somewhere else to go. NCWest will do nothing if all anyone does is complain (you vote with your money after all).
