Endgame Guides?

Hi All. Quick question... are there any endgame guides? Not necessarily how to play a specific class at endgame, but more of an outline of what there is to do. I've spent about 80 hours in this game, and it's mostly just been grinding. I've partied a bit... but now I'm kind of lost what to do at endgame. Is it just PVP and Raid bosses... if so, that's fine :)

Are there any suggestions on what kind of weapons / armors to work on first, etc. Seriously, any kind of help would be much appreciated.
