Missing Buffalo lvl 70+ bufs.

So i have lvl 71 improved buffalo and it casts all buffs except Pet Focus and Pet Death Whisper.

Noticed that on pet lvl 70 and tough maybe its a bug and should get at 71, but next level still nothing.

I tested it on other character with and same result, no pet Focus and pet DW buff.
