So I posted this question on another section. My toon reached A grade and when I logged onto my account it said there is a new PoA coming and I had no option to select upgraded gear. I got a response back from one person saying that he was told that PoA now only applies to new toons created after this update. Is this true? If so is there some other means of attaining upgraded gear?
