[Bug] Dimensional Rifter

The mob Dimensional Rifter at Alter of Evil uses the skill summon to teleport you to them.



This bug is for the skill cast time. You will attack the monster and he will start to cast the skill it will be 1/10 of the way done casting and the skill will take effect it does not even need to complete the cast timer for the skill to be cast.
