INVALID_SOCKET Error...Some1 help??

I deleted L2 few months ago and never had any problem with login... Now I downloaded it last night again and it gives me INVALID_SOCKET error at login. I already tried to reinstall the game and deleted the hosts file and still it doesnt work... Any1 knows a solution? THX
