Account Permanently Blocked without no reason ?

Hi all



Last night i played the game was good and nothing happend .

Then i let my laptop on until morning selling goods. after in morning it back to home display then i try to log in again but when i log in there is no happended .. keep loading & back to log in menu again without any words or message .

I start dont understand

so i go to the web site Lineage 2 then try to log in and it say "NC Account ***** has been permanently blocked"

I never use bot or another program like cheat .. i play clean , normal & active .

Its the block for 24 hours or 7 days ?

I'm so worries cause few days i have purchases NCoin for this account & i dont want lost it :(

Cant sleep, cant eat , cant thinking , cant work. because this problem :'(
