What about the launcher?

I installed the game and much time but unisce friends want to play and can not manage to download the game, the launcher is a problem? is the operating system? most do not have original windows but some if they can install and others directly pitcher does not allow you to download all the steps of the paguina, download the lancher and after 2 minutes it takes many different errors, NCSoft do something please, I have many friends unirce GOD who want to and can not find any kind of solution, of course thank you very much and greetings to all ...
