I'm tossing in info here I've verified with at least 2 different people so, in case you were wondering about this hero shout.
Deathsmell decided to get ****y and put 3 AQ soul bottles in a buy store for 1a each to show off
Instead he made a sell store
This poor PvE'r bought all 3 for 1a each
Deathsmell offered him to keep one if he gave the other 2 back
Guy said no
Deathsmell has him on KoS because... he's to big to own up to his own mistake?
