Change New Player Rewards to Tokens/Coupons... For each Grade level (C-S) a player would receive 3 Weapon Tokens, 3 Armor Tokens and 1 Jewelry Token. The Tokens/Coupons would be stack-able & Dimensional to share on the players account... but when exchanged by Adventurers' Guide the Items Obtained would be Bound to that character, as they are now(but Player would only have 1-3 Weapons per Grade of their choice... not every Weapon for each Grade) The Player can choose from the Standard Lower tier Weapons for 1 Token each or the limited selection Higher tier Weapons for 2 Tokens(eg. Demon Staff, Yaksa Mace, Wizards Tear, Bow of Peril and Sword of Miracles etc.) The Player can choose Robe/Light lower tier Armor(set) for 1 token or Heavy higher tier Armor(set) for 2 Tokens(Warsmith, Prophet and Warcryer I like to have both Heavy and Robes... Heavy for Battle, Robes for Crafting/Buffing)
You should enable Steel Door Weapon Exchange/Upgrade by Adventurers' Guide much like Blacksmith of Mammon, a player can exchange a Steel Door Weapon for any other weapon on the same tier all the way to Dynasty... or Upgrade with another Token. Then when a Player receives the next Grade Tokens they can put the old equipment in their Warehouse, delete it or sell it to Adventurers' Guide for Steel Door Coins so they can buy Bound consumable items at any Kekropus'/Queen Navari's Quest NPC(Quest Scrolls[lower the cost]Soul Shots, Spirit Shots, Pet Soul Shots, Pet Spirit Shots, Ore for Summons, Food for Pets, Heal Potions, Firecrackers, etc.)
With the re-work you could change the "SA"s on the Weapons if that was why the Steel Door Item options were disabled... then to clean out the old "BAD" Items, delete All Steel Door Chests/Weapons/Armor/Jewelry and reset the New Player Rewards for just the Levels which give the Tokens, so everyone can have "Updated" Steel Door Weapons/Armor of their choice(not predetermined by characters origin). (you could delete all the Fated support Boxes/Orbs too as they were the time-limited Common Item version of the Steel Door stuff.)
