Need tip for where and how to exp

The problem is, i always choice fast class, but know i have to make a slow pve class, and need tip.
Want to make SoS class "Shillien Knight" in sub, main class its orc iss.
This is madness, no jump no nothing, and so slow in speed.
What i have
+6 pl set
DC heavy and light
all top weap in between c-a except duals.
Give me tip for where to exp between 40-76 lv and how.
