Skill crit rate used to be based on STR way back when, which got changed to DEX for dagger/yul.
I've looked around online and found some old tests for low STR and not counting in augments, but has anyone done any paying around with the Hunter SA and High STR on say a Tyrr or similar class to see if their skills crit more?
You can get like +40% skill crit from 2x SA and an augment... which is great if it's a fixed 40%, but if it's an extra 40% on a low base rate (10% base * 1.4 = 14% base) then that kinda sucks. :/
