L2 issues with Win 8.1 Enterprise

Need a little help here.



I have already contacted tech support and they are still pending.



So i got a new Dell laptop today. It came with windows 8.1 Enterprise on it.



All my games installed and work with the exception of L2. It will not install no matter what I do.



I get the launcher installed and then when it goes to update it you get an error.



I even copied L2 from another machine and tried to use that. When you do that it starts to update and then gives an error saying its corrupt.



So any help would be great since tech support is taking their time.
