As you wont ban bots cause they are owned by ppl who are giving you Money, and thats more important than the costumer beeing happy, just remove it.
Bring back Territorial Wars and make CoC rewards somehow avaliable by badges. Buy stuff with badges and win the belt by beeing 1st on something during TW or from a TW chest you get at end if your clan was 1st on something, i leave the belt reward mechanics to you.
