I spent all my sunday, trying to figure out, why the hell i cant properly run NClauncher, when i managed to run it, i got shocked a bit, some error started showing up like three times per 1% of update.
Well i read everything from support entries to forums, finally i can tell that i found what is where, so you guys shouldnt go trough pain i had:
1. Download NC-LauncherSetup.
2. Download nclauncher_3_20140217.
3. Download Lineage2Installer (it's available in installation section).
So install all three in order you downloaded them, be aware, do not run anything until you finish installation of all three.
Then run L2 icon on desktop, which was made after installation, then go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher (this must be installed here)
copy: NCLauncher.ini to desktop, open it, and edit line: SelfUpdate=1 to SelfUpdate=0
then uninstall this nclauncher, restart pc, install it again, dont run it, paste NCLauncher.ini file in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher, then when you probably can run launcher from dekstop, be aware, you can't run launcher from file itself. (shortcut contains additional information)
when launcher is running, if you won't get any errors it's ok, but in my case i get errors every few seconds, so i started looking in forums for solutions:
C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Lineage II\$Patch$\21 in this directory launcher creates torrent file , which can download l2 i probably dont even need to tell you, that you should use it. it may not work at start, but try few times and try renaming copy of original file, eventually it will run. (with no errors)
after downloading it, search just install it somewhere in other disc, and after that, copy files to: C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\Lineage II\$Patch$\21\Patch\Zip
