After investigating the reported lower XP rates being gained from the Kartia and Baylor instances after last week's maintenance, it was determined there were a couple of factors in play.
Although the XP earned from these instances was increased in November, the XP rates were again incorrectly increased during the Reel in the Holidays event causing the inflated rates up until last week's maintenance.
As such, the current XP rates from Kartia and Baylor have been determined to be correct and will not be returning to their former values.
In order to help ease this transition, the Dragon Reward NPC will continue to be available until this week's maintenance on February 17, 2016.
