As many of you are aware, the addition of the new La Vie en Rose brooches and jewels brought with it some unexpected issues. As many players who purchased the Ultimate Shadai's Jewelry Box were unable to compound their jewels, it became clear that not only was the issue adversely affecting players but also that it would require a significant repair.
Though previous attempts failed at correcting the issue, we were able to put in a fix with an unscheduled server maintenance on February 19, 2016 but in doing so caused players to miss game time during the times it was unavailable.
We are appreciative of the patience and understanding shown by our community and in order to demonstrate our dedication to providing an enjoyable and dependable atmosphere we are happy to offer a 50% XP/SP bonus for two weeks, starting on February 24, 2016.
Along with this, we'll also be awarding 10 Shadai's Shiny Jewelry Boxes to any player who purchased a bugged version of the Ultimate Shadai's Jewelry Box between February 10, 2016 and before the maintenance on February 19, 2016. These free boxes will be delivered to the affected players on March 2, 2016.
