First of all, why did you create this item? There is no reason to exists. Instead to create this sh.it you could remove all immune skills like celestial/barrier etc LOL
You render all skills useless with it. It is so stupid what you did.
There are no playing skills because of topaz and programs. Well, i wont speak about programs because you earn money from scripters or you are just too lazy in NCsoft and you wont do anything about em, but topaz it is just an item you can remove, the whole server complains about this sh.it you created. You ruin a wonderful game update per update.
