Hence the subject, why? because everyone should have an option not to be dependent on Iss when doing solo quests. All characters above level 90 will need that NPC. Just for a single buff "Harmony." please be generous on that one.
Or if u won't grant this, then at least implement an elixir potion for harmony. Iss are useful, but think about doing solo quests that u won't depend on iss. well all elixirs are default as lvl 1 and harmony is only max lvl 1, Iss are useful in party, but what's the point of the word "solo" if u will depend on iss during solo quests and hunt? so I think this is just fair.
