The following are some of the major issues that have been reported for the Underground update.
Current Known Issues:
It's a bug that has been officially verified and acknowledged by NCSOFT staff. This means that is has been officially reported as a bug and we are already investigating the matter and will likely be requesting a fix for it. Different known issues may have different parameters for investigation and bug-fix requesting. This list only reflects issues that are happening in-game. For technical issues, please contact tech support immediately.
Why is my issue not listed?
Some issues players have reported are not yet confirmed and therefore are not yet "known issues." This thread will be updated as major issues are confirmed. If you don't see your issue in this list, contact support about it first so we can investigate and verify if its a bug or not.
Where can I post about a bug?
If you have found an issue that you think is a game bug (something that is not working as intended) and want to post it or ask other players about it first please check these forums to see if there is already a thread about it. If you can't find anything about it, report the issue to the support team through a support ticket. You can also create a thread for that topic, but please understand that forum threads are not official bug reports.
Current Known Issues:
- Daily Mission rewards cannot be claimed.
- World Chat counter has increased from 6 per day to 13 per day.
- Bracelets from Daily Mission rewards cannot be claimed.
- Steel Door Coin equipment exchange link on Adventurer's Guide NPC is missing. Will be reverted back soon.
- Neolithic Crystals have not been deleted.
- Several quests items have not been deleted.
- D-grade to S-grade Soulshots/Spiritshots are missing from Steel Door Coin exchange and Daily Mission Rewards.
- Daily Mission Reward text is cut off at the end.
- Daily Mission Reward item boxes are partially missing.
- World map shows extra "Swamp of Screams" text in incorrect area.
- Several UI elements from Soul Crystal Menu overflow outside of the text box.
- Tutorial image for Automatic Soulshot/Spiritshot usage is not updated with new features.
- Able to remove PVP augment from items, but will also remove old SA.
- Retrieving the Chaos Fragment Quest does not progress if claimed prior to update.
- Replays and Game Credits can no longer be accessed.
- Automatic Soulshots are disabled after entering Olympiad and Ceremony of Chaos (may be intended).
- Ceremony of Chaos battle summary column text is not centered.
- Atelia fortress spies do not bring reinforcements.
- Incorrect World Chat use information on Dignity of the Exalted Lv.1 Spellbook.
