Kelbim Soul Crystal SA

I noticed that Kelbim weapons (my bow in this case) can add an SA as well. What type of soul srystal do Kelbim weapons need to add an SA? Are said soul crystals in game now? Finally, what type of SA's will we be able to add if/when the soul crystals are available?
