Request for an option to set Solid background colors on NPC dialogs and chat windows

Hello,

I was left with partial visual impairment after an accident in February 2010, I tried to return to play Lineage 2 for a period in 2013, but stopped because it was really hard for me to read the messages with Windows magnifying glass, always zooming in and out every time i wanted to read something. I restarted playing last week because i really like this game, but even with less, I'm still with the difficulty of reading. I wish I could change the background color of the dialogues in the game to a solid black with white text because wit this colors it will be easier to read because of the contrast between black and white. Also I'm creating a Java tool that can read the texts to me with OCR and text-to-speech and for my tool to work properly it will make things a lot easier to develop it with that colors on all ingame message types. If you can help me I thank you, I would like an option to set the dialogues to solid black with white text/messages on them. I also believe more players would like this option.
