my pet disappear ,admin help me please

hi, i from argentinian , sorry if my English is not good ,the day monday i I was in ruins pavel ,and my connection was lost ,i think my pet died,today , friday 00:13 a.m. I enter the game and my pet disappear, little game and I upload it cost much, I wonder if I can give some solution.
