Brooch and jewels sale 15-18th may

Hi, it was cool to add those items in l2 store for a short time, but i was unable to log in my account manager in order to purchase ncoins... Do i was the only one in this case? And do nc west plans to add again this short store update now it is possible to purchase Ncoins?
