Hello Juji and Vali i have a problem with support and tickets right. Im trying to solve my problem with they, but i dont know what happen. I send messages in ticket and never receive any reply, just status change to SOLVED. Yesterday i try open another ticket and today its changed status to SOLVED too, and title is changed to

but i dont have this ticket " #35874 "
Can u answer me why i dont receive replys from support and why status is changed without reply?
