Nothing Happens After Clicking Log In Button/Stuck at "Currently Logging In"

I see there was some post in Top Technical Issues - FAQ Links by Sace, but that link don't work and i have the same problem, i was playing l2 (2windows, shop+main), during the game time win firewall updated. After i get dc to main char and he cant login again always stuck at "logging in" message while box shop char is in game because he wasn't closed. Since i rr pc any of chars cant be logged same problem for all, so i guess its problem with host file or something like that because my launcher seems cant see login server or somthing like that.



Anyone had this problem and maybe know to solve it?
