Use quest arrow to trace the way to target

I watch this movie in internet, this guy is hero healer in chronos, I see he have the quest arrow to trace the direction of selected target, where is the option to turn on this function?

I open game > options and already use all checkboxes, I really don't know how to do it, if anyone can help me... thanks!
