Today I was killing some raids and I noticed that the XP I was getting was way lower than before. Before the restard I was getting like 5,6B+ xp (with nevit and xp rune) and now I simple got 3,6B (same xp rune and nevit).
I also noticed that the same RB was WAYYY thougher, Spent soooo much time doing it.
