28 April Sales ???

In official website it says that at 28 April will start a limited time sale period for all players ....... what sales it will be ? it's just for ncstore ? for products in ncstore ? for rewards from Ncstore ? ...and something else ...its 28 April today and nothing going on. anyone knows ? thnx
