Maybe Bug or smth like that

HI. From 3 weeks i try Disband my clan, and after rr there still is the clan. in clan menu writes "disband" but nothing happens. clan is empty, and i check the request 2-3 times allways before restart. can any gm help me?:( in game name: Gratiela. clan name also "Gratiela"
