Thank You NCsoft after 9 years.

Thank you NCsoft that after 9 years of playing I got banned for buying NCoins.

On November 05 I bought NCoins by new payment option Direct Debit and for me everything looked good. I received the order confirmation so I thought that everything is OK and on the next day I saw the NCoins on my account.
Exactly a week after the transaction when I was trying to log in, I saw a very strange message "Due to suspicious activity, this account has been locked". I wasn't even able to log in to the support site, so I wrote to them with my other account. They answered that I made some kind of chargeback/reversal, which is not true and because of that my account has been banned permanently. I checked my bank statement and there is no evidence of any transaction made with NCsoft or chargeback/reversal on that day what so ever. I even called to the bank and still no trace of the transaction.
I submitted another ticket to support with question about the order, why I wasn't charged and received the NCoins when I shouldn't because the order failed somehow. The only answer that they can provide me is exactly: "There is no further assistance we can provide for this issue. Further replies may not receive a response". I used the same method of payment and the same bank account/card before and I had no problems at all. My only mistake is that I didn't check my bank statement after the translation so I would know that something went wrong.

The funniest thing is that all that NCoins are still on that account.

So once again thank you NCsoft that I wanted to pay for your work, I hope that no one will buy anything from you again.
