I emailed you about this problem 2 weeks ago ..
I buyed 8000 ncoins and did not receive them .. got an email back saying the following .

Your purchase does not push through to our payment processor because of the problem we encountered, which is causing most transactions to be stuck at a certain part in the process and preventing purchases from being completed.
As a result, I cancelled your order so you won't be charged for that purchase and you don't need to wait any longer for that purchase to be complete. Since the problem is already fixed, you can now try to purchase again.
If you still encounter a problem in purchasing, please contact us and let us know.

Canceled my order ?
I did get charged .. i called my card providor .
You had 7 bank days to return my money .. it has been 10 and still i have not received my money back or my Ncoins
2) I tried to buy prestige pack ... always tell me problem from your side ..
Wtf ?
So as a result of number 1) if i do not get a response , get my ncoins or my money back by this day's end .. i will inform the authority's about this BS your slinging .
I will also call my bank to inform about this " theft "
