Weapon +4

i am interested in, what adds M.Acurracy and M.crit Mage Weapon (Apo buster) in +4 for Human Healer (lvl90, twin robe set, adventurer Buff)



it has argument weapon give to +4 ? or suffices pro Healer +3 Gun..
