98 Tyrr, ISS box

Sick of Pagans........... If a girl wanted to solo her lvl 98 Titan with an ISS box for a few hours somewhere to try to get a few ticks closer to 99, where would she go besides Pagans? New Blazing Swamp is ok, but Pagans seems faster to me. I understand Hellbound is accessible now if you buy a pass? <-- Never been there, so no clue how that is. Any opinions on that, or anywhere else that would be the best bang for my buck? TY
