the server is still offline?

Good morning to all. This is my first time in L2 (Official). My download finished today and when I want to log, i get an error that i have been disconnected from the server. I read on the page that the game is currently undergoing maintenance. but according to the data that should have ended an hour ago. Im from Argentina. Santa Cruz, Río Gallegos.
