How to oerform account migration

Hi all,



I havent migrated any of my accounts yet.

Because of the inability to purchase NCOIN I decided to go ahead and migrate my accounts. But I found I am no longer able to log into account management.



So how am I suppose to able to do this now?



Please advise.
