Some help with classes and a new party !

So me and some friends we started playing again (last time played c4). So what classes should we get to be self sufficient.

I have a bd going for iss
the other guys have a SK , Paladin , gladi and the last guy is lvling a cardinal. Should we change some of the classes also i cardinal ok as a healer nowdays ??
