Account prob

Hey guys,

i have to apologie myself for bad English in advance (please dont be grammar ****).



I have a issue with my old L2 account. I was playing like 5 years ago and now i want to try it again. I logged on my NCsoft acc, add L2 to my games and downloaded it. I was trying to find my old acc on NCsoft web, but there is that i started playing today.



Have sm1 of u the same problem? I was searching on the forum without any result. Is there chance to get on my old acc or I have to start again with new one? :confused:
