So I just got back from an extended amount of time away on business and I bought 16'000 carrots with Ncoins which I planned on handing in before I went away but didn't have time to do so.
I recently returned home and went to hand them in, but noticed they have been completely removed, is this normal for them to delete something you paid Ncoins for?
This is 4000 Ncoins worth of items which has a value of $50. Surely, they would reimburse me?
