Vitality

So i didnt pay too much attention to vitality till today. I noticed that the time to replenish full vitality is double than the time it takes to consume it. I thought that that was based on the vitality points each mob has and that they were the same in both cases. I dont recall reading about it before. Was it like this always??



Ex. While i gained some vitality with a herb in five minutes it took only 2 minutes to consume all of it.
